I STILL can't believe this really happened.
Among all the awesomely successful sports teams we have here in Boston, who would have thunk that the Celtics would be the team with the best (and now only) shot of repeating as World Champions two years ago? Coming off one of the worst seasons ever, Danny Ainge & Co. flipped it and Got KG, Ray Ray, and brought Banner #17 home, finally, after 21 long titleless years. Now, starting Tuesday night vs the Cavs, they have to go out and defend it. Yesterday, A couple of us ZLXers were lucky enough to go to our 4th consecutive Celtics Media Lunch hosted by Comcast SportsNet (Thanks Skip & all my other CSN Peeps!) and well, I’m chomping at the bit for the season to start.
