Can’t you imagine Obama walking in to the White House Staff meeting and doing this? God, I hope he does this verbatim. Or something like it.

That wasn’t so hard, now was it? Way to go, America. there’s hope for you yet.

(by the way, was anybody else sweating bullets when McCain had that tiny lead (like 11-4) absurdly early in the results stage yesterday? I was about to head out and stock up on bottled water to settle in for the riots. Thank god Obama won. Now comes the hard part, undoing the unholy level of fuck-up Bush has spackled the country with.)

I started up this morning during the show, and now I can’t stop. It’s pissing me (and Kevin & Pete) off to no end. (But it’s so much fun, dontcha know!) DAMMIT!

By the way, if you watched that debate last night, did you get the feeling you’d seen it before? Because if you’re even close to being as big of a fan of Coen Brothers movies as I am, you definitely have.

Can you imagine if McCain is elected (yikes), then bites it (a distinct possibility, by the way) and this chick becomes the president? Just think about how the State of the Nation and all the presidential addresses are going to sound. Truth be told, I’d LOVE it if she became president, if only for the fact that my job would be SO much easier due to the fact the sheer avalanche of comedic fodder she’d provide. Sure, we’d be hauling ass on our way to Hell in a handbasket as a country, but at least we could get some laughs out of it.
