Okey dokey, I think we’re ready. This video comes to us from something called Ong Bak 2, which probably means theres’s a movie already out there called Ong Bak 1, or simply just Ong Bak, where awesome stuff happens, but not quite awesome enough, because this was meant to top it, and well, it’s pretty awesome. It stars some dude named Tony Jaa, and he likes to punch and kick stuff. It opens in theatres on Oc. 23rd, so duck.

The second little bit of ass-kickery is that ESPN is putting out what they’re calling the BODY ISSUE, which seems like an excuse to publish pictures of naked athletes. Serena Williams (I think she’s hot, Pete doesn’t), Biba Golic (Hot table tennis player) and my personal favorite, MMA fighter Gina Carano are all featured. Bruins Captain Zdeno Chara is in it too, but we’re going to steer clear of that, ok? Carano is “H-A-W-T” hot. Like, “two-rabid-squirrels-effing-in-a-wool-sock” hot. And she’s topless on the cover. Like so:

… we’ve been through this. Nobody gives a flying fuck about Favre, ESPN. Stop acting like an adorable puppy genocide happened and give us some hockey and some b-ball highlights. The next thing I want to read about Brett Favre is his obituary.

Whether it’s the proposed Marlins-Pirates three-way, or something else coming down the Pike, I’m pretty sure today’s the last day Manny will be on the Red Sox roster. I know we go down this road every year, but I’ve got the feeling like this is finally it. I don’t want to trade him, but they need to. He’s just crazy enough to tank the rest of this season, dooming the Sox in a childish maneuver just because he’s not happy. I don’t care what they get in return, honestly, but to be rid of him and the whilrling fuckshow he brings with him would be addition by subtraction. If I was Theo, I’d do the Hermida/Tucker/Stanton deal straight up at this point. I love what Manny has done to help this team win two rings, but I’m sick of the constant distraction. Even Gammons is drinking the Haterade by the gallon, and his most recent article might be the best thing he’s written all year. At this point, he’s not putting up the numbers to justify the headache. Goodbye, Manny. Thank you for the rings and the memories. Now get the fuck out.
